I just started reading for Blue Mesa Review, the literary journal of the University of New Mexico Creative Writing Department... we have some 900 submissions that came in after last year's deadline and over the summer. What a job!! I'm reading creative non-fiction at the moment, but the big backlog is in fiction, so I'll probably join them once we're caught up with CNF... encourage all your writer friends to submit CNF.
